The service challenges evidence and assumptions in a specific owner's decision rather than simply producing an additional AI-generated answer. It considers alternatives, downside exposure, capital commitment and reversibility, then provides a written Decision Memo. Unsupported client claims and missing evidence are clearly identified; independent certification, specialist opinions and onsite verification are not included unless expressly agreed. Clients retain decision authority.

## Service and fees
- Independent Decision Review: USD $5,000 for one scoped decision, with a written Decision Memo and executive findings.
- Strategic Decision Partner: USD $20,000 per quarter, up to three major reviews, agreed scope and written outputs.
- Delivery: typically one to three weeks when the necessary materials are available; scope and timing confirmed in writing.
- Scope limitations: no implementation, guaranteed results, statutory audit, regulated advice or implied on-site verification.
